And if that's breached it's then courts with a fitting punishment

To stop the war on children

To define the implacations of having children and the consequences of not supporting them

To remove the conflict of interests with reference to financial gain for alienating children

To provide a simple framework for the child's best interests

To ease the legal and social burden on family law issues, and the overall problems associated to long term family breakdowns

Mom's and fathers are equally important in a child's welfare and upbringing, so make it equal
