Remove Copper Coinage from Circulation
Remove 1p and 2p coins from circulation since the value of these coins is probably less than the value of the metals used to produce them.
The cost for the exercise (and likely public response) can be modelled on the removal of the 1/2p coin in the mid-1980's.
