Enforcement of illegal hunts
Hunting Act 2004 (c 37) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which bans the hunting of foxes and other mammals. The ban is being broken by hunts across the UK and they need to be prosecuted with more legislation.
We need Government to enforce prosecutions more vigorously.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the decision on whether to prosecute for an alleged crime is a decision for the Criminal Prosecution Service and not the UK Government or Parliament.
