Impose sanctions on Japan for its decision to reintroduce commercial whaling.
Whales are among the most intelligent beings on Earth, they are beautiful animals, elegant and strong. They are thinking, caring, complex mammals. Whales have a big heart, literally and figuratively. Whales are gentle creatures that need protecting.
