NRP non residential parents are being treated unfairly by the system in the following areas

Assessment of the Gross pay when wageslips are provided as evidence of the NRP's gross figure instead Innacurate HMRC figures are used from previous years that are not reflective or accurate.

Additional Information

Revision of the UNFAIR 25% rule for assessing liability to 10% from 25%

PRIORITY reply to CORRESPONDANCE from MP's to 14 days Mandatory

REDUCTION OF 20% Financial PENALTIES, which in Genuine cases causes financial hardship

Sickness Team to be introduced to deal with CLIENTS who are on SICKNESS / LONGTERM. Support not IGNORANCE

Introduction of Email facilities to enable clients to Communicate more effectively,

Support of E-Commerce to save money, SECURE Emails to Clients
