Reduce the number of days in a year a workers union can strike to 12 days a year

Petition Details

Over the last 12 months union strikes have disrupted public transport. At the moment operators like Northern have been striking every Saturday since October 2018. I would like to introduce a cap of 12 days a year for unions to use for there strike days.
