Make cyclists abide the law and pay some sort of insurance.
We are sick to death of cyclists getting away with everything and the car/HGV driver getting the blame.
Cyclists blatantly disregard traffic signs, traffic lights, indicators on a vehicle etc but are never in the wrong or take the blame!
