Add Cornish to the 2021 census as a national identity option
Cornish was recognised as a national minority in 2014. It is not acceptable that Cornish will be the only UK national minority to be denied a tick-box on the 2021 census. Including this on the census will provide evidence of the extent of the national minority - Cornish.
Like me, there are Cornish folk who live throughout the UK that do not identify as English, Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things that the UK Government or the House of Commons are responsible for. The Office for National Statistics, not the UK Parliament or Government, is responsible for developing census questions.
