Stop taxing the NHS and its staff members.
This will give the NHS more money to spend on the things they need. Not only this but the staff could benefit and spend more on upgrades to their homes, or buy homes, or just be happy spending more on the high streets.
Im sure the NHS will have one main bank account so any money that comes out doesn't get taxed.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about tax and the NHS, but we're not sure what specific action you'd like the UK Government and Parliament to take. In particular, we're not sure what taxes you'd like the NHS and its staff to be exempt from paying.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking the UK Parliament and Government to exempt the NHS from paying VAT and NHS staff from paying income tax, if that's something that you'd like to happen.
