Allow the 1.3 million British citizens living in the EU to vote on Remain

Petition Details

1.3 million people were disenfranchised by the 2016 referendum. The very people who were most effected by it. The 1973 joining of the EU included the votes of everyone who might seek to live and work in the EU but the rushed 2016 referendum excluded them. This was flawed.
