Government to encourage stakeholder companies like John Lewis through tax and pension incentives.
For companies to invest in the future and in their staff, they should become stakeholder companies.
Government could encourage this through tax incentives and access to investment capital.
A model could be Mondragon in Spain.
Number one candidate for conversion would be the Post Office.
