Introduce anonymous Individual Voluntary Arrangements as law
At present time, if a personal is struggling with debt and want to enter an IVA it is presented on a formal register for as long as 6 years. This disadvantages the persons employment and housing opportunities. See https://www.iva-advice.co/pros-and-cons.html for background.
