Put all government job adverts on Government websites rather than paying newspapers to do exactly the same thing.

Additional Information

Why is the Uk government paying space in expensive broadsheet papers when it already has a Civil Service job website AND a job seekers web site. Local jobs would be down tolocal councils.
If a Civil servent has not the simple iniatitive to look on the internet to find a job they are not capable of working in the UK government.
