Do NOT allow the Finance Bill to be changed to prevent a No Deal Brexit.
Nicky Morgan MP, is proposing a change to the 2018 /2019 Finance bill to prevent Government raising / assigning monies to counter any issues brought about by a No Deal Brexit, without the approval of Parliament.
This is only being done in an attempt to prevent a No Deal Brexit.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the Finance Bill has already passed the House of Commons. It is therefore not possible for the House of Commons to do what you have asked.

You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to bring forward new legislation to bring section 90 of the Bill into force regardless of whether a withdrawal agreement has been agreed if that is something you would like to see happen.
