Mandatory Regulation of Payroll Providers
Just as all other financial industries are regulated, the payroll industry should be regulated too. This industry becomes more complex each month requiring experts to carry out the function. The impact of a poorly run payroll on the economy, the employer and the employees is huge.
Similar to The Pension's Regulator, there must now be a Payroll Regulator. Providers of any form of payroll, big or small, must be registered and comply with a standard set of rules with inspections and complaint investigations available.
