Make cyclists pay road tax and insurance.
Cyclists should be obligated to pay road tax and insurance. There are so many cyclists on the road, they should be obliged just as much as motor vehicles to pay road tax. They should also be required to pay insurance as if a collision occurs the driver is left with the damage and nobody to claim off
