Stop Convicted Sex Offenders having Facebook etc

Additional Information

I want the government to stop Convicted Sex Offenders from have social network sites like Facebook. It can not be right that anyone who has been convicted and served a prison sentence be able to then have one of these sites which makes it easier to contact children again or intimidate the families of those that they abused.
