Publish any research or advice on whether the referendum result is sound.
Campaigners have received fines, and petitions have asked for their transgressions to be taken into account when interpreting the referendum result. The Government must publish all documents taken into account when concluding that the referendum result is sound or state if no such evidence exists.
Democracy requires the government to take into account whether the result could have been affected, but that possibility has been repeatedly dismissed by the government.
Evidence to the contrary is available:
- The Vote Leave director says they would not have won without the misleading £350m claim;
- Evidence given at the High Court stated that it is "very likely" that Vote Leave's overspending swung the result.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
