to get rid of my storage heaters for a combi boiler
i am living in a flat with pre historic storage heating it should of been band years ago not only is it uneconomical its also cost a small fortune to heat and you can not turn them off even if not in flat i am wasting money all the other flats in my area have combi boilers this is unfair my flat is rented off six town housing please sign my petition
