Cladding Scandal-reduction in council tax until our properties are safe
Leaseholders left with a property value of £0 & unmortgagable properties due to the government’s reluctance to pay to resolve fire safety issues with our homes.
We live in dangerous accommodation, we now have to foot huge bills. Council tax reflective of our £0 property values until this is resolved.
