Petition Action

Make it illegal for MPs to vote against measures in their Manifesto.

Petition Details

During the present parliament, a great many MPs have acted to stymie the promises made (both verbally and in Manifestos) at the 2017 General Election to provide the country with the clean Brexit discussed and voted for in 2016.

Additional Information

Such behaviour should result in immediate removal from office and being barred from standing for election in future.

The level of trust in our political class has dropped to an all-time low with the conservatives headed by Mrs May and labour by Mr Corbyn.

There is a desperate need to correct this.
