Make it mandatory for all care homes and nursing homes to install cameras/cctv
There have been a number of criminal cases following allegations of physical, emotional and other abuse of vulnerable residents in care and nursing homes.
These residents often have illnesses such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease and cannot report abuse themselves. They need protection not abuse.
