Make it an OFFENCE for Parents not to know where their Children are.
Today a number of Parents Fail to know what their Children are doing and where they are, have information from a number of Police officers who are sick with keep taking the home and wasting their time, the same goes for Security staff at Retail Parks, the Parents have they Children and should know.
Some cause Vandalism to others which is Persistent by the same ones, their Must be a Law which makes the Parents Fully Responsible in Law.
A number of these grow up to think it’s Normal to create issues around their Area while their Parents watch TV.

We understand that you are concerned about anti-social behaviour but we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
Parents can already be held accountable in law for anti-social or criminal behaviour committed by their children in some circumstances.
You could start a new petition setting out clearly the change you would like to see happen.
