Utility Companies to be required to reimburse businesses when excessive interuption

Additional Information

Utility companies should be required to undertake a business interuption risk assessment, in conjunction with all businesses effected by works and contract with businesses when exactly work will be completed, if they miss deadline they must pay effected businesses compensation. There should be a maximum tiime limit established within which holes are to be filled up.
