Second referendum, should only be on HOW we leave the EU.
We have had a democratic vote to leave the EU. However, if parliament cannot agree how we leave the only option is for the public to decide on the various options: The deal, no deal, etc, EXCLUDING THE OPTION TO REMAIN Because we have already had referendum on remaining and 52% voted to leave
