Under electoral commission rules 10% of an MPs constituents can have them recalled and a by-election held.

Additional Information

Burnley voted overwhelmingly to leave the EU under the rules laid out by the then Prime Minister, David Cameron. No more referendums, no more votes, leave, simple.
Julie Cooper has voted today 15th January against Theresa Mays bill for Brexit.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The UK Government and Parliament are not responsible for removing MPs from office because of their views or opinions.

In any case, the Recall of MPs Act 2015 only provides for a recall petition to be triggered if an MP is sentenced to a prison term or is suspended from the House for at least 21 sitting days.
