Fundamental Public Interest Debates in Westminster Hall

Additional Information

We the undersigned appeal for a series of Fundamental Public Interest Debates (FPID) in Westminster Hall.
Following the disquiet claimed by the Occupy movement and by others, that the way in which capitalism now functions is seriously flawed, these FPI Debates would involve both parliamentary and other witnesses to discover if there is any popular demand for change and to give Parliament suggestions for any change.

An example of a topic for debate (subject to a threshold of separate FPID e-petition signatures in each case) might be:
BANKING: That the credit-creation and allocation powers currently residing in banks should be removed in favour of democratic parliamentary control.
