Given the ongoing shambles in Government, any MP or public officer who knowingly lies or misleads the taxpayer should have all priviledge immediately removed.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because we're not sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.

We aren't sure who you mean by public officers or what you mean by "all privilege removed".

You might like to sign this petition which calls for Parliamentary Privilege not to apply in cases of deliberate misrepresentation instead:

You could also start a new petition calling for a change to the Ministerial Code to require Ministers to resign if they are found to have deliberately made a false statement in public.
