Make Social Workers wear Body Cams and recordings made available to all parties.
Notes taken by Social workers are not reliable enough, get lost, misinterpreted or simply not filed. All conversations with adults involved in a case should be recorded. Stop Social Workers giving false information and selectively editing accounts of conversations to fit their own agenda in reports.
