Reverse Benefit and Pension rule changes announced on Monday 14th January 2019.
On Monday, the 14th January 2019, the Secretary of State for the Department of Work and Pensions announced a stealth cut to people's pension credit with a working age spouse. This is grossly unfair on vulnerable pensioners who have paid taxes, and NI Contributions all their working lives.
