Make it an offence not to have poo bags with you if you are out with your dog.

Petition Details

Many weekends picking up dog poo from Children's football pitches and hearing the excuse from irresponsible dog owners that they have forgotten their bags. Not enough wardens to catch them in the act so make it an offence not to come prepared and allow spot checks with hefty fines.
