Make elderly people above 75 years of age take a second driving safety test.
Too many accidents or near accidents occur due to elderly drivers, Prince Phillip being a prime example!
It's not just 'anti-social' youths that are the problem.
Reaction time, spacial awareness, eyesight, all decrease with old age - so why aren't the elderly being retested for road safety?
Earlier this year DVLA data showed that there 265 drivers over the age of 100 holding a driving licence, up from 162 in November 2012.
