Amend The Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
Current protection against late payment for businesses is the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
This Act needs to be modified to provide additional protection against late payment to Micro businesses (turnover below £2 million) who trade with larger businesses.

Late payments are on the increase, this is not a significant enough deterent!
