Make sure that Under 18s who are found to be smoking or vaping be given fines.
In my country smoking and drinking is an extreme problem. Smoking and vaping for under 18s is becoming a big issue in this country. By giving them a fine (or as they are under 18 there parents) parents will be stricter and it will reduce the amount of young smokers. Parents will also do more!
