Cut the amount of money the NHS spends by billing people who go in drunk every weekend
Every Weekend Thousands of people end up in hospital due to drunk and disorderly, they should be billed for this immature behaviour. This will save the NHS millions of pounds a year that can go towards people who deserve treatment, instead of the long waiting list they may face.
