Students shouldn't have to pay for school dinners or breakfast.
Parents/students have to pay for expensive school uniforms, PE kits, school bags, books, schools shoes, and lots of other required essentials. Parents/students already have to pay lots of money for school essentials and so they shouldn't have to pay around 15 pounds a week for meals.
