More Power TO Community Councils

Community Council's are to be responsible for there own community's and take power away from the local county councils giving community councils the freedom on planning,housing,road management and there own budgets this would save money for the government and tax payers as you would do away with county councils and a lot of red tape that comes with the councils there. So any revenue that the community council makes from its facility's will be put back into the community.
