BT Bad customer service and lie to customers dont listern or care pass you round and round to be cut of
BT (British Teiecom) lack or no customer care or support , the operater lies to you and they dont understand how their own systems work. He or she willl not pass you to a manager if requested do not return calls when promised if your lucky to sit on the phone for hours with a voice message that says customer are important to us or advise you go to the website which you cant access due to fault in the first place. after a long wait you are cut of , have to repeate the problem once again that has been explained already to many other oprators. the operator just wont listern to the problems or solve it if you ask for name and referance number you recive false names and refrance numbers or be told they use a diffrent system (WE NEED TO GET BT TO PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE PROFIT AND BE ACCOUNTABLE)
