The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you are concerned about the approval given to a puppy farm in 2016 but we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
You could start a new petition calling on the UK Government to make it illegal to carry out any research testing on dogs if that is something you would like to see happen.
