Remove the 6 month car tax disc 'price premium' compared to 12 month car tax disc price.

Additional Information

The government should make the 6 months car tax disc price equal to half of the 12 months disc price plus £1 to cover any extra admin costs involved in processing 2 discs per year.
The current considerable 6 months disc premium only serves to penalise the poorest in society who could not afford the 12 months payment in one transaction.
