If the temperature is below freezing ban physical education in school
If you are made to do pe in freezing temperatures students are less likely to engage in the rest of their lessons as they are too cold.

We can't accept your petition because this would be the responsibility of the school and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition calling for a law that stops people having to work or undertake lessons outside if the temperature is below a certain level if that's something you'd like to see happen.
