Discuss having to pay fees when making an amendment to an insurance policy.
Insurance companies should not charge fees for making charges to a policy. It's a rip off we already pay enough in premiums.
How can they justify £25 to to remove a named driver etc. They sit on a computer and it does it all for them.No letters to send out its by email now.
