Police officers causing death by Taser should be prosecuted for manslaughter

Additional Information

The taser is meant to be a non lethal weapon.

Therefore, death resulting from its use can only be the result of tasers being misused or specific guidelines not being followed.

Misuse of Tasers leading to death must be considered a criminal act which must result in automatic prosecution.
