All babies to have a pulse oximetry test as part of a newborn screening

Petition Details

All baby’s deserve the right for a routine pulse oximetry test as part of newborn screening before leaving hospital to identify any undiagnosed heart conditions & defects. Around 1,000 babies are sent home each year with an undiagnosed heart condition, putting each baby’s heart at risk.
