MPs receiving custodial sentence to be dismissed and a bi-election triggered
The recall act 2015 should be updated to include a clause that if an MP receives a custodial sentence, it is grounds for immediate dismissed and a bi-election called for the constituency seat.
It is unethical for an MP represent constituents from a prison cell
This comes from the disgraced Peterborough MP Fiona Onasanya.
