Petition Action

To what extent is a pledge signed by an Honourable Member of Parliament binding?

Additional Information

If an Honourable member of Parliament signs or makes a pledge to what extent should this be considered binding on his or her future actions?

And if breaking that pledge, for whatever reasons, leads to civil unrest to what extent is the relevant Honourable Member of Parliament liable?

If it is deemed that the rleevant Honourable Member of Parliament is liable what should the consequences be?
