The UK must not pay the EU £39 Billion Brexit bill unless there is a deal.
The EU insists that the UK should pay the Brexit bill of £39 Billion regardless of whether there is a deal or not. If there is no deal as a result of EU unwillingness to negotiate, then it is wrong to expect the UK to pay the EU bill. Such money can be better spent on managing Brexit in the UK.
