Trigger Article 24 of the WTO's General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade
Triggering Article 24 of the WTO's General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade would allow the UK and EU a "reasonable amount of time" after Brexit to agree a free trade deal with zero tariffs.
