Evoke Article 24 of the World Trade Organisation Policy
WTO Article 24 will allow us to trade with the eu for a period of up to ten years without tariffs while we negotiate a comprehensive free trade deal. The backstop will not be required and we can leave on March 29th in an orderly fashion.
