Under-age drinking : a firmer, more socially conscious approach

Additional Information

We, the undersigned, petition the Government to enshrine in law that under-age drinkers be incarserated. The sentence should increase each time they are caught.
We petition this in the hope that it will discourage youngsters from indulging and thereby hopefully decrease the problems associated with under-age drinking.
